Return and Refund policy

Delivery

Delivery via the electronic facility identified on the applicable purchase order – email.

After you’ve placed your order, you can expect delivery within as little as 7 to 14 business days anywhere in the world.

As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed will we do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery.

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they receive the order or place a new order.

Milaartistique cannot be held liable if you the customer omit any important information from the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to reship your order.

Failure or Delay in Delivery. Milaartistique shall make commercially reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date and or delivery date specified in the purchase order, but shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delay or effort in delivery of product. 99% of our orders are shipped on time. This can be impacted by a number of factors:

• Late payment or payment denied
• Orders being put on hold due to an image issue being detected eg: low resolution
• Response time from you the customer when we request an updated image
• Some products require a longer period of time in the production phase due to materials selected
• Delivery location.
• Delay or issue with Production
• Delay or issue with our Shipping partners

 

• NOTE: Please be reminded that the shipping and handling fee is not included from the caricature prices. It is $15.00 shipping for USA orders and International shipping will vary.

You pay the full amount via Paypal on orders, once we receive confirmation of payment, Milaartistique does an initial sketch and we will email it to you for approval.

 

Refunds

Due to the Custom character of the Product, Milaartistique will not issue credit to not be obligated to accept and issue refunds for any reason for any Products delivered to the client. Our process allows you to review and approve your caricature to ensure it is in accordance with your initial specifications BEFORE we print, frame, & ship. Our artist will work with you until you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Note that additional charges may be necessary depending on the revisions requested. After your approval and shipment, we guarantee the product to be defect free or we will replace it.

 

Revision Policy

The proof you receive is intended to be the final artwork for your review. On occasion, customers want changes made. We are happy to make changes but note that some can add time and money:

• Whoops- No charge – If we missed something from your original scene description or made a mistake we will make the change as quickly as we can for no charge.
• Minor Changes – No charge –Small revisions that don’t take a lot of time will be done the first time at no charge. examples: color changes, adding text, or adding small objects. These can take 1-2 business days to complete. In the rare case for subsequent changes we charge $10.
• Major Changes - Billable – Major changes add cost and time. Examples: moving subjects, background changes, lots of little changes that were not in the original etc. IF you submit changes under our Billable Revision section, you authorize us to charge your card up to $20 for the revision. We provide you with the exact amount after the revision has been reviewed. If the charge will be more than $20, we will contact you for authorization before we continue. Because major changes take longer to complete and are considered new scope, we will adjust your new proof date as necessary.
• Reject – If you still don’t like the sketch from the begining, fair enough, but the commission process ends there and send you back the 50% you paid. The other 50% is a retainer fee covers my time and efforts on the work to that point.
