HOW TO ORDER CARICATURE

1. Send a high resolution of frontal, partial left and right side view headshot
(camera should be eye level) Please see the sample below of the photo reference
2. Add your favorite picture e.g like hairstyle and your pose you want to copy.
3. For the colored caricatures please send the following details e.g. color of the
eyes, hair, and skin. Including the color of the clothes, shoes, hats, car, skateboard, etc. that you are very particular.
4. For colored face & body what theme you would like to have e.g your profession, superhero, sports, etc.

APPROVAL PROCESS:
To remind that these are caricatures, not glamour shots. I will draw what I see in the picture and copy what you really look like (or at least what the pictures I am working from look like).

I do a rough pencil sketch of the subject based on those photos and send them to you for review. After you approve I will finish it and send to you the digital copy and the hard copy.

I will redraw the pencil sketch only once in an attempt to figure out what you think you look like or want to look like. If you still don’t like the sketch, fair enough, but the commission process ends there and send you back the 50% you paid. The other 50% is a retainer fee covers my time and efforts on the work to that point. I will make adjustments, based on your direction, to the pose or any action/accessories that don’t have anything to do with the likeness or caricature.

The Answers You Need
What types of events are good for "Caricature Entertainment" ?
A: The list is endless. We have done caricatures at events such as birthday parties, company picnics, weddings, holiday parties, trade shows, company grand openings, cruises, etc. Our caricatures are popular with any age group at just about any function you can come up with where people gather.
Will the drawings be black and white or color?
A: We can do either. Most of the time our clients prefer black and white. This way the artist is able to draw more people at your event.
How much do you charge?
A: We usually charge a $100 - $150 hourly rate based on the type of event and vary by location. Expect to pay a little more if a third party such as an event planner is making the arrangements on your behalf. (They’re doing research and legwork for you). You’ll be asked for a 50% deposit at the time you sign the contract. We require a $50 non-refundable booking fee for all events that secure an artist for your event. If you need to cancel for any reason this helps to compensate us for holding your data and turning down other bookings. It covers administration booking costs as well. As with other entertainers, expect to pay more if you want us to hold a rain date because we will be blocking out two dates for you and turning down other clients for two days instead of one. Other charges may include travel outside the artist’s local area, extras such as mats, frames, and printing or illustration fees for customizing the drawing paper. How many caricatures can the artist draw in one hour?
A: Basically, an experienced caricature artist should be able to complete a black and white line drawn full face caricature (head and shoulders) of one person in no more than 4-5 minutes. This completion time may vary if the artists add more detail with tones. Realistically if you have 200 guests and your event lasts 3 hours, one artist is not going to be able to draw everyone into the room. A solution to this is to hire more than one artist. If your budget is limited, consider using the drawings as a door prize. (The lucky prize winners get the opportunity to sit in the “hot seat.”) Don’t get too hung up on “how many drawings a caricaturist can draw in an hour”. Caricaturists can control a consistent speed but they can’t control a person's behavior or transition times.
There will be a lot of people at my event, do I need more than one artist?
If your budget allows, hiring more artists certainly guarantees that more of your guests and clients will go home with a caricature. We are proud to provide the best live caricaturists that can be had anywhere, and the variety of drawing styles will delight your guests.
How far in advance should I schedule my event?

Do you travel outside of Florida?
Yes we do travel and depends on the location and agreement You can fill out an Online request to see if we have someone in your requested market.
Do I need to provide anything at the event for the artist?
A: Yes. Each artist will need two chairs and access to an electrical outlet if indoors. For outdoor events, we do require a shaded area. The artist provides their easel, lights, paper and all materials.
Do you offer other entertainment?
A: Yes, we do. For entertainment, we can provide, face painters, airbrush/henna tattoo, disk jockey, musicians and for other services we provide personalize photo booth and personalize party decoration. Please fill out our contact form and let us know or call us direct 407--0404.
Are there any other additional items that you offer?
A: Yes. We offer frames, plastic protectors, and travel tubes.
What is your cancellation policy for caricatures/performers at events?

A: In the event of the client having to cancel their proceedings, or unwilling to have the performer appear as requested, the client will be liable to pay a percentage of the full charges as follows:
1.Deposits are refundable up to 30 business days prior to the event.
2.For cancellations and/or postponements after we receive a signed booking agreement and up to 16 days prior to the event, we will refund 50%
.3. For cancellations and/or postponements within 15 days of the event, we require full payment

PERSONALIZED CARICATURES
The Answers You Need
How much are the "Personalized Caricatures"?
A: All pricing is per person and the prices vary depends on details but basically in Black & White Face: $22.00 (12"x16”), Black & White: Face & Body $27.00 (12"x16”), Colored: Face $ 27.00 (12"x16”), Colored: Face & Body $ 37.00 (12"x16”). Group Caricatures $35 (12’x16”), from 6 persons and up, below 6 persons in a group still consider as $37 per person. Bottled Caricature $39.00 per bottle, Group bottled caricature $35 (Bride & groom, bridesmaids, and groomsmen) Please fill out the contact form for a quote.
How long does it take to get the order?
A: It takes between 7 to 10 days to complete a caricature order. Large group caricatures can take 14 days or longer to draw. Before the winter holidays, it can take up to 14 days to complete personal caricatures, as they are such a popular Christmas gift.

Can I use the caricature for advertising?
The caricatures are for personal use only. Use of drawings of your face at events can be reprinted and used on social network sites such as Facebook, Instagram etc., we reserve the right to use the artwork for marketing and advertising purposes. Artwork that is used for commercial use requires copyright permission for an additional fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard and Visa. or payment through PayPal.
Can I request to have the picture done digitally instead of hard copy on paper?
A: Yes, you have the choice of either. The price is the same. If you choose a hard copy you receive via mail. As well as digital will be emailed to you.
What size are the caricatures?
A: The size of the paper is 12” x 16”.
